Ingredients
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 onion
- Some ginger
- 2 chillies
- Frozen peas
- Raw poha
Step by step instructions
Take a chopping board and cut three tomatoes, one onion, some ginger and two chilies
Take out your frozen peas and boil them, on the gas for a while, when they are boiled , turn off the gas and keep it aside
Put the raw poha in a big strainer and wash it properly, then keep it aside
Take out a pan, put oil in it and add some rai along with some ginger and two chilies, you have cut
In the same pan put the onion you chopped and sauté it till its golden brown
Now add the tomatoes, and sauté them till they are cooked
Finally, add the peas and cook it well
Next, add some salt, red mirch powder and stir it well
Then take the raw poha and mix it with the vegetables
Turn off the gas
Serve and enjoy
