Step by step instructions

Take a chopping board and cut the following into small pieces. Cut capsicum, tomato, carrot, chilli, ginger and potato
Take out your peas and boil them along with the carrot and potato you just cut. Do this for 10 mins or until the vegetables are 80% cooked
Take out a big strainer and put the vegetables you boiled in it.
Take out a pan, put ghee (clarified butter) in it and add some rai (mustard seeds) along with some shredded ginger (or ginger paste) and two chilies.
Add the following spices to the wok with the ghee in it.Add Red Chilli powder, ajwain,salt,garam masala and dried mango powder.
Add the tomato you cut and cook it for a while.
Add all the veggies you cut and you boiled and cook it well.
Take out your vermicelli and measure 1 cup and pour it in the wok
You have to add the water as per the vermicelli so if you add 1 cup of vermicelli then it will be 2 glasses of water, basically the water should be the double of the vermicelli you add
Cover the vermicelli with a steel plate or lid and turn off the gas
