In March 2026, I got to find out a piece of information that was heartbreaking. My best friend was leaving the school in April. She was shifting to a new school. When she told me, I felt as if the whole world had suddenly gone quiet. I tried to stay calm and act like it wasn’t a big deal, but deep down, I was extremely upset. I kept thinking about all the memories we had made together—the endless conversations, laughing at the most random things, helping each other with schoolwork, and sharing secrets that no one else knew.

I knew in my brain that I should be happy for her but in my heart, I was deeply hurt. On March 28th, I planned a surprise for her. All my friends helped me. Finally on April 2nd, we executed the surprise and it was a success. She left the school but didn't leave our hearts. I still talk to her. And she has not changed. She is still the same crazy and funny girl.
